I'm interested in connecting archaeology and technology.

Portrait of Brandi McConahay Beginning this fall, I will be a graduate student in Archaeology at the University of Cambridge, in which I focus primarily on Anglo-Saxon mortuary archaeology. I'm interested in using my background in Anthropology and Interactive Media Studies to use advanced technology in my research, and to make scholarly archaeology more accessible to the general public.

To pursue a Master's degree, followed by a PhD, in Archaeology / Anthropology, focused on the expression of identity in Anglo-Saxon mortuary sites during the early medieval period.

To contribute to scholarly research and teach in a university or museum setting while promoting the accessibility of scholarly research to the general public.
